Beer on Tap
A starburst galaxy produces an exceptionally high amount of stars, similar to how Ecliptic Starburst IPA produces a soaring amount of hop flavor. Brewed with Amarillo, Azacca, Centennial, Mosaic and Simcoe hops for fresh flavors of citrus, fruit and pine. 100% Pale malt makes for a super clean finish and puts the focus on the hop flavors and aromas. Dry hopped to the end of the universe!
Juicy and unfiltered, Phaser Hazy IPA stuns with a lively array of fruity hop notes. Phaser features Citra, Azacca, Mosaic and El Dorado hops.
LIGO is our take on a West Coast IPA with a firm, yet modern hop character. Citrus, berry and tropical notes are complemented by dankness and pine.
Noble hops complement this balanced pilsner. Finishing crisp & refreshing, Pyxis is our spin on this classic German-style lager.
Capella Porter is named after a bright star in the constellation Auriga. Sweet dark malt aromas are followed by a nice medium body. Flavors of chocolate and caramel meld with just a touch of roast. A collection of American hops (Nugget, Chinook, Centennial and Cascade) brighten this lively porter.
Carina Peach Sour Ale takes its name from the constellation Carina, the keel of the ship Argo in he southern sky. Loaded with fresh peach flavor, Carina is a sour ale perfect for any time of year. The use of Pale malt makes for a crisp character, while lactobacillus gives Carina a tart and refreshing finish.
Named after a constellation of stars, Tucana Tangerine Sour Ale is crisp and refreshing, with a touch of tangerine that plays nicely with its well-balanced tartness. The twist of citrus shines bright above the subtly dry finish of this sunset-hued ale.
Phobos is named after the Martian moon that circles the red planet. Eight malts were used to give this beer a rich red color and deep caramel flavor. Hopped to balance with citrusy Azacca hops, Phobos finishes creamy and smooth.
This easy drinking hazy pale ale features Talus, Nectaron, Triumph and Eclipse hops. Citrusy, tropical and juicy!
Brewed to celebrate our 10th anniversary, this Rice IPA is light, crisp and refreshing, with loads of hop flavor from Simcoe, Citra, Cascade, and Amarillo.
Brewed with our local junior hockey friends, 3 Stars West Coast Pilsner is an official Portland Winterhawks beer! Balanced and crisp, 3 Stars is brewed like a German Pilsner and dry-hopped like a West Coast IPA, bursting with hop aroma. Grab a can, hit the rink and cheer for your Portland Winterhawks!
Our Oktoberfest lager is an ode to the annual fall festival in Germany. This beer is rich and toasty, yet balanced with a clean, crisp finish. Perfect for a litre or two!
Refreshing wheat beer with tart flavor, and a hint of coriander and orange peel.
Kokua Project is one beer brewed by many to support the Maui community. This session IPA is super drinakble with light body and tropical. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Maui wildfire relief.
Cider: Incline Blood Orange & Portland Kinda Dry Cider
NA Beer: Two Roots Non-Alcoholic Helles
GF Beer: Groundbreaker No. 5 IPA
