We look forward to providing you with a quality and memorable experience. ‘Ecliptic’ refers to the yearly path around the sun, and we celebrate the changes in seasons through our beer and food. Our Executive Chef, Michael Molitor, creates a diverse menu based on fresh, locally- sourced ingredients.
For beer enthusiasts, book us for beer samplings and food pairings.
For formal gatherings of under 25 people, we’re happy to help you select a plated meal option. For larger groups we can host a buffet-style meal with all the accompaniments. We have two semi-private areas for your event: our corral, which seats up to 30 people, and our full dining room side, which accommodates up to 60 people.
