Restaurant crews are a lot like sports teams, and behind every successful team is a good coach. Coaching comes naturally to Aaron Medina. A lifelong baseball fan, Aaron spent years playing and eventually coaching young players in Los Angeles. He left the sunshine of SoCal, and was hired as one of the starting players on the Ecliptic team. Aaron quickly distinguished himself as a leader, and soon gained the role of Sous Chef. His calm demeanor, mentoring skills and sense of humor all contribute to Ecliptic’s success.
